Couple More Sunday School Co-Teachers Needed…
We are still looking for Sunday School Co-Teachers needed for the 2nd grade class at the 9am service and the Pre-school/Pre-K/Kindergarten 10:30am class. Starting January 8th, we are adding a second Sunday School hour. We are in need of the following co-teachers (someone willing to teach every other Sunday):
9am 1st Grade
10:30am Pre-school/Pre-K/Kindergarten
10:30am 1st/2nd Grade
10:30am 3rd/4th Grade

Our Sunday School Christmas Program, “Christmas: We’re On The Air” will be presented on Sunday, December 4th at 6:30 P.M. Following the program that evening, everyone is invited to a cookie reception in the Fellowship Hall. [We will have a practice for the Program on Saturday, December 3rd from 9:30 - 10:30 A.M. in the Sanctuary] Elementary-aged students will have the opportunity to be part of a faith formational, fun-filled learning on Wednesday evenings. You may choose to enroll your K – 6th grade students in this track as an addition to Sunday School or as an alternative to having class on Sundays. Our first night will be Wednesday, October 5th from 7:00 – 8:00 P.M. following the Wednesday evening worship. Elementary Xpress will meet in Room 405. This year, we are again asking a $20/child or $30/family donation (if you are able) to be included with your Sunday School registration to help cover the costs of curriculum and supplies. If you no longer have children in Sunday School, but would like to help cover the costs for a family, just use a donation envelope and mark it for Sunday School registration. We are looking forward to having our kids back along with some new faces. We encourage families to invite friends and neighbors that don’t have a church home, to join us for Sunday School!! On Saturday, September 10th, from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m., we are having a “Welcome to Sunday School” get-together for all 3 year olds (and any 4 year olds new to Sunday School). Bring your mom and/or dad and come join us in room 408 in the education wing! It will be a great opportunity to find your classroom, meet other families and become familiar with our Sunday School program. All pre-schoolers attending will be presented with a Children’s Bible! Classes are offered for all children, 3 years old – 4th grade during worship at 9:15 A.M. “Breakfast Club” (for our 5th-6th graders) will continue to meet on non-communion Sundays as well. All families need to complete the registration form. Please return the completed form to the church office as soon as possible to help us in our planning for the year.
